Inconsistency between AGENTS.md, GAME_BRIEFING.md, and spire-climbing-spec.md:

  1. AGENTS.md says: "×3 for victory (floor 100 + pact signed)" — implies any floor 100 pact.
  2. GAME_BRIEFING.md says: "Floor 100 guardian and sign the pact → 3× insight" in §Prestige/Loop System, but in the Guardian Tier 2 table, Floor 100 is Sand (not a special floor). The Floor 100 guardian is the composite "sand" guardian.
  3. GAME_BRIEFING.md in §Guardian System says: "Victory Condition: Defeat floor 100 guardian and sign the pact → 3× normal insight."
  4. However, the spire-climbing-spec.md §680 lists FLOOR_CAP but doesn't mention a victory condition at all.
  5. The spire-combat-spec.md doesn't mention a victory condition either.

The core question: Is the victory condition floor 100 specifically, or is it "reach floor 100 and sign any pact"? These are very different — in GAME_BRIEFING, floor 100's guardian is Sand element. If you need the floor 100 pact specifically, that's different from "reach floor 100 and have any pact signed."

Recommendation: All three documents should agree on the exact victory condition — which floor, which pact (any vs. floor 100's pact), and what the ×3 multiplier applies to.
